Already on Shopify?
Your brand has grown. Your store should too.
Bring your Shopify store into line with the brand you've become. We rethink the design, shopping experience and functionality around your customers and goals, with clear pricing and an experienced team guiding the rebuild.
Signs it's time
When a store starts holding you back.
Most of the stores we rebuild have one or more of these.
Simple updates take too much effort.
Moving a banner or adding a section turns into a ticket, a quote and a wait.
The store doesn't feel like our brand.
The brand has moved on, and the store still looks like the theme it started from.
Shopping on mobile feels clunky.
Most of your visitors are on a phone, and the store wasn't designed for them first.
We've outgrown the way it was built.
Years of apps and one-off changes, with nobody quite sure how it all fits together.
We review your existing store before deciding what to retain, refine or replace, so the rebuild has a clear purpose from the start.
What stays
Keep what's working.
- Your products, customer data and order history, planned into the rebuild
- Your links and search visibility, with careful attention to every URL
- The apps that earn their keep, set up properly
- The parts customers already love
What changes
Improve what's holding you back.
- A design made for your brand, approved by you first
- A better shopping experience on phones especially
- A documented component library, so changes are quick and safe
- A store your team can edit without a developer
How we build
Thoughtful design. Smarter delivery.
We've spent over a year building our own AI-assisted platform on fourteen years of Shopify experience. It puts your store together from tested parts and checks every change before it goes live, so our designers and developers spend their time on your brand, your customers and the details that make a store sell.
For most builds, on a launch date we agree with you before we start.
Every store comes with a full component library, documented: every part of your store, how to use it and what your team can safely change. It's included with every store, and you can export it.
Included with every store. Yours to export.Your brand, right on every page
Colours, type and spacing are set once, so every page looks like it belongs.
New pages from parts you own
A new landing page or collection comes together from parts already built for your brand.
Changes that don't break things
Change a part once and every page that uses it updates, without surprises elsewhere.
Documented for whoever's next
Your team, or any developer after us, starts from the documentation rather than from scratch.
- Where it comes fromGenerated fresh each time, a little different each time

Worth knowingShopify's own help centre says AI-generated theme code can contain errors or miss accessibility and performance best practice, that the merchant is responsible for testing it, and suggests hiring a Shopify Partner.

Our developers
Set up your store, build anything that's truly yours alone, and test every page on phone and desktop before you see it.
Our platform
Does the groundwork: putting pages together from tested parts, bringing your data across, and checking every change automatically.

A new identity. A store to match.
United Outdoor Furniture became United House. We rebuilt its existing Shopify store around the new brand: a calm, architectural design, easier navigation through a big range, and room to tell the story behind each piece.
Questions
Before you rebuild.
Do we need a full rebuild, or could we improve our current store?
Not always. In the planning session we look at what's working and what isn't. If targeted improvements will get you there, we'll say so, and our growth plans can take it from there.
Will our customers notice anything break?
No. We build the new store alongside the live one, test it against your real products and orders, and switch over in a planned window.
Can we keep our current apps?
We review every app with you. Most stores keep the ones that earn their keep and drop a few that were slowing pages down.
What will we be able to update ourselves?
Every section can be edited in Shopify's own theme editor: content, images, products, collections and which sections appear where. The documentation shows what's safe to change.
Do we get the component library?
Yes. It's included with every store, documented, and you can export it, so whoever works on it next starts from there.
