How quickly do you get to a request?
We agree what's next with you at the start of each fortnightly cycle. If something urgent comes up, tell us and we'll agree a new order with you.
Can you support a store you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a review so we know how it's put together before we change anything.
What about bigger projects?
Larger pieces of work, like a new feature or a redesign, are priced separately in the configurator.
