We partnered with United House to evolve their digital storefront into an elevated, immersive experience that mirrors their dedication to quality, style, and the Australian outdoor lifestyle. Our goal: transform their online presence into a seamless, engaging environment to showcase premium outdoor and indoor furniture.

United House had long offered a wide-ranging catalogue, but their digital platform didn’t fully reflect the brand’s craftsmanship, versatility, or visual appeal. Mobile users experienced clunky navigation and an inconsistent design that made the process feel friction-filled.

We began by reimagining the mobile shopping experience, optimising layouts and touchpoints to support customers browsing outdoors, on-site, or on the go. To better reflect United House’s aesthetic appeal, we introduced image-driven menus and category flows. Customers are able to visually scan and select with confidence. We treated the interface as more than a sales tool. It needed to echo the brand’s premium materials, durability, and elegant outdoor living ethos. We integrated a style-forward visual language, subtle animations, and refined typography to reflect that balance.


By prioritising a mobile-first experience and visually intuitive navigation, we set out to streamline United House’s customer journey. Our design approach reduced friction by simplifying product discovery, enhancing calls-to-action, and showcasing detailed product information. The result was a smoother path from inspiration to purchase, empowering customers to explore collections with ease and confidence.
