Polly's teamed up with the University of UNSW to deliver an ecommerce presence for their Grad Store. Tasked with designing an online experience that aligned with the university's vibrant brand identity, we directed our efforts toward creating an engaging and intuitive mobile shopping experience, while facilitating the sale of UNSW merchandise.
Our task was to craft an online store that resonated with a youthful demographic while staying true to UNSW's brand guidelines. Our mission revolved around creating a mobile-friendly experience tailored for users on the move and developing an alluring visual navigation system, ensuring effortless product exploration.
Understanding that students were frequently on campus or out and about, we embarked on refining the mobile shopping experience. Every aspect of the site was meticulously optimised to ensure effortless navigation and engagement on smaller devices.
To simplify product discovery, we introduced a visually driven navigation system. This innovative approach empowered users to explore merchandise and academic regalia intuitively, enhancing their shopping journey.
Combining the university's esteemed brand identity with a youthful twist, we crafted a design that resonated with the target demographic. The interface exuded vibrancy while staying true to UNSW's prestige.
While direct before-and-after comparisons weren't applicable due to the absence of a prior ecommerce site, our efforts bore significant fruit in reshaping UNSW Gradshop's online presence.
